Had a phone interview with and HR representative and was able to skip the technical interview. Later had an onsite interview with a rotating group of people, including shift leads and HR. The onsite interview concluded with a tour. I received a job offer via phone call about two weeks later.

Typical phone interview then a 2-hour in-person interview with 4 different groups of 2 people and a tour of the laboratories. The 4 different interviews cover different things. One was teamwork, another was accountability, etc.
