Recruiter call then hiring manager video. Then individual video calls with directors/coworkers. The whole process was very unprofessional and took over 2 months! The recruiter didn't get back to me after the initial call after I asked then all of a sudden waned me to attend the interview on the same day that's 2~3 hours later with an email. I mean luckily I was able to accommodate but at that point I was already feeling off about the company. I don't think anyone can just do that if they work normally. Then it was horrible to schedule the next interviews. Also the interview questions were all talking about your negatives. What if people don't have so much drama as the interviewers wanted? Also one interviewer was rude enough after asking about how I understood one of the core values. while I was explaining he just cut it off and read the dictionary definition of the word itself. It seems like maybe an elementary school kid would be better off for the interview. Also the interview style didn't involve much of the actual ability of work but coming up with drama stories and personal things unrelated to work and see if they like you. For a company that boasts about caring for employees, it sure feels like fake thru the interview process. And of course never got back to me after all even after I sent a status request email. Why even waste people's time?
