First a phone call from the recruiter then had a virtual interview with the managers and also other associates. No hard questions asked and everything went smoothly. As a contracted employee, I also had to have an interview with my contractor for this position.

Applied through staffing agency. Phone interview with agency followed by in-person interview with agency. They submit the names/info to Exact who chooses who they want to interview. Lastly, interviewed in-person at Exact. Panel interview followed by an interview with an HR person and a tour. Signed NDA.
