I walked in expecting to be assessed by competent individuals—senior professionals with a meaningful level of expertise. Instead, I was subjected to questioning by juniors who clearly lacked the depth and authority to evaluate someone at my level. This is not only disrespectful but also a glaring misrepresentation of your company's supposed standards.
