A recruiter got me the interview for the position of Senior Sales Engineer. Interview was scheduled for 1 hour right in the middle of the working day. It lasted for 75 minutes, hiring manager just assumed I was free, didn't ask if I was ok with continuing the discussion. Hiring manager is based out of Germany. He actually boasted that his majority of the time is spent interviewing, wondering why they haven't hired anyone for this position yet. Interview was generic, good discussion, though when I asked manager about company etc, I didn't get a satisfactory reply back. It has been 3 weeks now, didn't hear back anything, Have decency to respond. I can totally accept that they passed on me, but don't waste someone's time for 75 minutes and not respond back.
