No HR because it's a small company which is fine, but definitely not friendly or inviting process. Interviewer didn't describe the position and did nothing to try to "sell" the company and make it seem like a great place to work.

Entrevista
I had a 30 minute call with the CTO. I told him about my previous positions and he said that, even though I meet all the requirements, he FEELS that I will not be a good fit from a cultural point of view. I don't know how he got that, but ok. No questions about programming or a test, just his personal feeling was enough to rule me out. Best CTO ever, not.
