Also got me an interview and said I came close, first candidate didn’t work out so she ended up getting someone else the job. Unprofessional all around.

There will be a 3-step interview process: 1. to test analytical thought process. 2. Invited to pitch to see level of participation and engagement, presentation, etc. 3. Lastly, you will be asked to do some market research and submit a writing piece.
