I had registered as a general applicant with this staffing company. A recruiter contacted me months later, requesting that I submit for a job opening they were resourcing. By email and during the phone interview, the recruiter asked that I let her know asap if my availability changed, including a big sob story of how it was hurting her rep that candidates would turn out not to be available after she'd presented to her client. Well, maybe that was because she refused to return the same consideration. After 3 emails and 4 voicemails, I have yet to get any type of followup at all. Recruiters should remember that the people they are placing, especially HR, are their clients of the future. This one will never get my business!
