I was contacted by the company regarding my resume that I posted online. Had a brief discussion about the position and set up a time to come in to meet 1-on-1. I came in for an interview with the VP of Sales. After the interview, I came in and met with the HR director to fill out an application and have a background check done. After that was completed, they offered me a position.
