Entrevista
1. Writing test. Write the abstract for a clinical trial paper. You can use abstracts from New Englang Journal of Medicine to figure out the type of abstract they are searching for. Do NOT go over the word count - a few extra words can get you automatically disqualified.
2. Interview with 2 team leaders. There is a looooot of space for you to ask questions, so do come prepared for that.
3. Interviews with several team leaders. All of them are nice, will have your resumé in hand, and will go straight to the point (there's no guesswork for what infos they are looking for). Again, there is loads of space for questions, which you need to fill.
4. Talk to HR

Entrevista
I sent an application for another position, and during the phone interview, the HR manager told me that I could apply for something more suitable. He forwarded my CV to Excerpta Medica and I have received an abstract test to complete. Afterward, they scheduled a video call interview.

During the video call, the director of the department said they were looking for someone with a different background, despite seeing my CV and passing the test. On the other hand, the HR manager was extremely kind.

Entrevista
The interview process consisted of a writing test and a 30-minute video call with HR. For the writing test, you have a two-hour time limit to write an abstract based on a clinical manuscript. The video call was a casual and comfortable conversation about my research and my decision to pursue a medical communications career. I felt that they really wanted to get to know me, not just my experience.

Entrevista
I applied through a recruiter the first week of Jan 2022 and received my offer letter early March 2022.
After having sent my CV and Cover letter, I was offered a writing test, which consisted of writing an abstract for a research article.
The results of the test were deemed acceptable enough for me to get a first set of interview on teams.
The first set of interviews was satisfactory for the company and they offered me a second set of interviews, with a bit more people.
All the interviews, be it with recruitment or members of the scientific teams were very enjoyable. It was mostly about getting to know me and making sure I understood what the position was about.
