ExecuTeam Recruiter called me based on my LinkedIn profile. We talked about my qualifications and work history. I was asked to do skills testing, which I completed, and after 2-3 weeks, I was contacted for an interview with a company which eventually hired me.

The interview process was over the phone. Basic questions on availability and past experiences related to the job. Questions regarding ability were also addressed. The process was quick and painless. Email follow-up for a digital signature on 5 documents.
