They hire everyone, if you’re willing to work and dress nicely, you’re in. There are about 2 interviews and then you get an offer. Once you’re in, that’s when the actual work starts.

Was called the other day and did an over the phone screening, after answering questions including that I don't drive (this will become relevant shortly) I was invited for an in person interview. So I accepted and today I proceeded to make the 45 min bus trek to the office in SE Calgary. While I was waiting I decided to go on Glassdoor and look more into the position. That's where I saw it .... Door to door sales. I don't drive and they were advised in the phone interview I don't drive so I was under the impression it was a call center. ... Nope. My scheduled interview was 2pm, didn't get called in until 2:15pm and that's where I asked to confirm the position. The person doing my interview basically shamed me for not reading the ad on indeed. So I went back and checked it and no where did I see it was door to door sales. Waste of my time not having a car or license ... How did they think I would be able to do the job .... Smh
