After a phone call , a test wast sent by email that will take you approximately 1 hour. You will mainly be judged by this test which is a non sense. Even if they will tell you it's just a test. you will be judged mainly by this test. Then , an interview will be planned that will take 1 hour. For the first time during an interview, I felt that the interviewer didn't want to hire me from the beginning. The interviewer was not rude but I felt that the interviewer was asking a lot of non sense questions in order to justify her future rejection. A lot of "why " questions to almost all of the questions. Even after explaining, the "why" question was coming back. For instance, why do you like IT ? I was answering by giving 5 different detailed reasons. Then again, the next question was : but why this reasons? and then again : but why As if, she was looking for a "bad" answer to justify a future denial. That's how I see it. That's how a lot of people react when they want to find an excuse. I also noticed that her body language was already skeptical from the beginning. I'm pretty sure that she had decided from the beginning that she will not continue with my profile. And this was confirmed to me by the fact that the refusal of proposition was justified by a completely stupid reason. The interviewer was also kind of cold and nearly non reactive to the answers given to her questions. Off course this is a waste of time for me, but probably that in her case, it's like she is working. Anyway, I will not recommend this company to anyone. And it seems that they are wasting the time of some other persons from what I read. One positive thing about them though is the fact that they will contact you to tell you no instead of making you wait without an answer. And that is a good thing.

Eerste gesprekken via mail en Skype waren positief. Hierna moesten online testen afgelegd worden. Deze gaven weer hoe snel iemand patronen herkent of hoe snel iemand een symbolen taal aanleerd. Deze waren tegen de tijd. Als de uitslag onder het gemiddelde lagen(bij mij juist beide onder het gemiddelde), lieten ze je vallen als een baksteen. Willen alleen mensen boven een bepaald gemiddelde. Ze hadden niets eens mijn technische kennis getest terwijl ik deze toch had (was tijdens sollicitatie al werkzaam en nergens klachten over mijn technische kennis). Dus een dikke negatief beoordeling over hoe ze mensen behandelen op basis van een online test.
