Application - shortlisting - interview with home manager and documentation. Did a 4 day induction training (paid). Very professional about it and interesting . Everything was within one month and I started work immediately after the training .

Easy process, and friendly environment. I was confident in myself while answering the questions. I was relaxed and I saw the interviewers as my friend. I wasn't tensed at all.
