The interview process started with the applying through LinkedIn, then the HR recruiter contacted me for Word resume. Then, he set me up to interview with two of the hiring directors for a 30-minute interview. Then, I interviewed with another project manager who would be my peer. I was seeking an environment with order, so I actually lead the interview with a lot of question to them. They were restructuring the project methodologies because new senior leadership came in and changed things up, and this change of leadership apparently happened several times to where the PMO went from documenting some, to no documentation, to documenting again.
