The interview process consisted of three rounds: one with a recruiter and two presentation-based rounds. One presentation was virtual, and the other was in-person at their office. Ultimately, they chose an internal candidate, making the entire process feel like a significant waste of time.
Adding to the frustration, the recruiter called me just 30 minutes before I was scheduled to head to the office, asking if I had sent my presentation. I had actually submitted it a week earlier, but there was a clear lack of communication between the recruiters. Once I arrived at the building, another recruiter informed me that my presentation did not follow the provided prompt, leaving me no opportunity to make updates or adjustments. The lack of coordination and professionalism throughout was deeply disappointing.
