Three consecutive phone interviews with members of the Research & Delivery team. I did not really understand why 3 different people with similar positions had to question me about the same aspects.

Too long tbh, specially that it’s just an entry level role. Plenty of tests, online and in person, and a bunch of interviews. It shouldn’t be this long, all that and you might not get an offer which is just a waste of time. Salaries are also not high to justify the long process. Range they gave me is 50-55K CAD.
