Sat with Career Development Director, he asked relevant questions, like sales experience. He went over the compensation plan of the brokerage.He then mentioned what their offices fees were. Then he scheduled a follow up phone call to move forward.
Most people would think it's a good idea to place your license anywhere but I appreciate that EXIT has you do an informal interview to mane sure the brokerage is a good fir for you and that you would be a good fit for the brokerage.

Why do you want to be a realtor? What is your why?
The interview was fun, engaging and laid back, I felt like my needs were being made a priority. They were flexible with my short-comings. I would definitely recommend EXIT Realty to a friend.
