Did a short phone screen. Came in for an onsite interview with three people which lasted maybe 30-40 minutes. Nice enough people. They said there would be an expectation of working 50+ hours per week for the foreseeable future. Eventually got the written offer and drilled down on this but but they wouldn't budge and provide a normal schedule so I had to decline the offer.
