Very unorganised in their interview process. Infact you need to keep following up with them rather than they. It was a total 1-2 month process with them. After that they never even called and told the results or feedback. The first round was more of an interview for a developer instead of a product manager. The second round was very generic. And only the third round was for a Product Manager. It’s almost like they have an opinion on how things are to be done and are not even open to other ideas. Even if I would have got the offer, the vibe from the interviewers and the head of products was such that I wouldn’t have accepted the offer.

It was interviews with senior management teams and product management team members. It was mix of Product Management and Aptitude questions. They expected little technical depth for product management role as well.
