Very casual interview process. Sat down with the manager at a nearby cafe and talked to him about my sales experience, what I did before, personal history. This is a small company, and the sales positions there are not technical or noteworthy, the interview reflected this.

My interview process took rather long, three months - had one interview a month and finally accepted and came on-board. It has become smoother now - main criteria are your current skill set and how you would fit into the culture.

One round of interview with HR and One round of interview with the Senior Manager. The round with HR was simple. The round with the senior manager was little bit tricky. The manager was friendly and made me feel comfortable but the to each answer of mine he had a counter question
