Standard Phone screening with HR, followed by a one on one phone interview with Hiring manager. Third round was a group interview scheduled for four hours on-site with 5 different employees.

You have to know someone to score and interview, the process is well documented and very clear. The question were standard. It felt like if they liked you you'd move forward but we're pretty quick to judge.
