Entrevista
This was the most impressive process. From start to offer it was about two weeks. I had informational discussions with the hiring director. That resulted into a phone screen. Nothing too difficult. Situational and the typical bar raiser kind questions. After that next week I came in for a loop. The whole process was well explained. I had 5 hour loop. The loop as with different directors, managers and architect. I didn't find it difficult. I talked a lot, white boarded a lot. But it was all fun. It felt like great environment where we were bouncing ideas. Lot of situational questions. Some high level design/arch questions. Once the idea was proposed it was challenged with some other level of increasing difficulty/complexity. And so on... I won't provide the exact questions as I signed an NDA.
Within two days I was told they were going to extend an offer. They made the offer which was within my ask. I accepted.

Entrevista
The interview process was overall very good - it was conversational and was more of a discussion as opposed to the routine interrogation. The interviewers made me feel comfortable and also tried to understand my views on certain aspects of the role. I had one phone round and 3 onsite face to face interviews (single day). The first two interviews went well in terms of discussion. The last interview was the complete opposite. The interviewer was constantly doing something on the laptop and rarely made eye contact, seemed totally uninterested in the chat. The 3rd interviewer was also more interested in job titles held previously as opposed to the actual work done in terms of roles and responsibilities as well as expertise. I got a feeling that the interview was just a formality for rejection. Till date, after almost 6 weeks I havent received any feedback. I know at this point I am not selected but I expect some one liner at least stating that I was not selected. I had invested time, money and energy in the process along with the interviewers and I expect some feedback at the very least.

Entrevista
Applied online via Expedia Careers, received an email with basic questionnaire, completed it and was scheduled for a phone call. After the phone call, I was scheduled for an onsite interview and a Skype type web interview. It is a breeze if you have truly worked and you will sweat it out if you are trying to cover up. Be honest and present yourself, your experience and your technical knowledge.
