Phone Screen: lasted around 15 minutes or less; very casual questions, more like a conversation about my previous jobs and experience, the Talent Acquisition person was very friendly during the call. She said she would contact me at the end of the week with the next steps because I fit the position perfectly and have not heard from her since (it's been 2 weeks). I sent her an email and direct message (which I am sure she saw) and she never replied. I just think it is not very professional to assure someone you are going to contact them and then never contact them back.
