The hiring process was well communicated and well organised. After my initial phone interview I had a 3-hour interview that was arranged within a week for the following week. I met my manager, a director and someone I would be working closely with in another department for 1 hour each which worked really well since I could ask the questions I wanted to and then when I started I already knew 3 people that I now work with on a daily basis.

Then I was asked to do it again but this time I would receive £100 for getting it on the first try, 50 for the second and 25 for the third, obviously nothing if I didn't guess.

there were in total 3 rounds 1st was pure technical 3 SQL queries and 2 python code were asked to type in 2nd was kind of a discussion round of my past experience and roles and responsibility and they were checking if I am a good fit 3rd was a tableau dataset round in which they provided me with dataset 2 days prior of interview I had to analyze the data and made a tableau dashboard

I had 9 interviews for the position, but each interviewer was friendly and made the process easy. It would have been nice to have an interview with multiple people at the same time as it took months to schedule all of the interviews.

2 virtual zoom interviews, position was virtual, based on East coast. First interview was recruiter, second with hiring manager. Home office in Boston, MA. Interviews were approximately an hour each.
