I was contacted by the HR department because of a previous position I had applied for. I attended a career fair for the Financial department where I had a first interview to determine a good placement for me at which point I immediately had a 2nd interview for my specific position. I then went to a computer to take a few basic computer skills tests (typing, using Word and Excel, etc.). I heard back from the HR department within the week asking me to come in for a final interview with the supervisor that I would report to if I was hired. I came in and met the supervisor, who was funny and friendly and very much open with me about the process. When I left, I heard from HR within hours with my hire date and directions for taking my drug test.
