During the initial recruitment cycle, the recruiters take a really long time to get back to you on scheduling. The interviewer was very rude and at times dismissive. I felt like the job description didn't match what he was looking for. The only way you find out if your moving to the next round is by checking your application status. There is no follow-up or feedback cycle.
First stage - Telephone interview with internal recruiter, it was fairly straightforward. Had to talk about my professional experience and why I applied for position. Overall interview was alright even though I didn’t move forward.

STAR behavioral questions based on company values - they really have an emphasis on these two things. There was also a business case component where they just want to see your thought process and how you explain your approach. The interview process is quite extensive with many rounds of interviews
