Interview was done via phone call. I was emailed a contract offer as an Independent Contractor. I also went to the office for a tour and to meet the franchise owner in person before making a decision to sign. The office visit was optional. It is definitely beneficial to visit the office and meet face to face.

Multi level marketing so they want to see that you have a large friends and family circle to sell to. They are selling you on thier product which is commission on sales. What they do t tell you is that they take 65% of them.
