Interview process was mostly straight to the point. There were 4 rounds in total. First telephonic round with the HR recruiter was just about a brief introduction. Second round was face to face in the office with one of the senior team member mostly related to technical and troubleshooting questions. Third round was with the manager (face to face) which included a mix of technical and personality related questions. Fourth round with the Team Director located in Hong Kong which mostly revolved around demonstrating examples related to work in previous company. It was on Skype. Fifth round with the India Site Director (IT) which was just for 5-10 minutes asking questions related to background and work aspirations.
