The process was very quick - they called me for a screening interview and immediately invited to the office. I had the interview with HR and my manager. They asked me general background questions and then some role plays simulating the job

They were hiring people a lot, as they were opening the office in Amsterdam.
They invited for an interview with the HR manager and one Collections Supervisor.
The interview was professional but informal.
As the office is in Amsterdam, you should get ready to reply questions in a very direct way, as the interviewers are mostly Dutch people.
