Initial call was informal discussion with recruiter. Scheduled time to speak with hiring manager thereafter. Pretty smooth and lax interview process. Eventually, didn’t hear back for some time and was ultimately informed they moved forward with another candidate. Overall, seems like there is a push to have individuals located in Seattle where they are headquartered for hybrid work.
