Prescreen interview consisted of about 3 questions aside from contact and general information. Interview with the recruiter was personable and consisted of more in-depth answers of the previous 3 questions asked. Phone interview with the hiring manager consisted of questions aligning with the specific position. However, the interviewer was on speaker phone making it difficult to hear the questions being asked. After waiting interviewing and waiting (2.5 weeks total) I was advised they decided to promote from within. Very disappointing. As a company, I would assume you would hire from within before holding external interviews to avoid wasting anyones time or efforts.

Relative fast came an answer back, as I had applied online. I think, the HR departement has there already a bit more routine, when I here in the comments see, who all was in the interview for one an the same job position.
