I had a phone interview with the hiring manager which went well and there was an understanding that I was the person they needed. Then followed an on-site interview which was less favourable. I felt lured in for interviews when I wasn't the person they were really looking for. This annoys me with a lot of companies. Why do I have to take time off work and prepare for an interview when my skills don't exactly match what they are looking for at the moment? I wish they would stop doing this. It leaves a bad impression of the company, especially when they don't thoroughly explain their decision afterwards or are too cowardly to even call you.
The interview experience was positive and engaging, but I was not contacted afterward regarding the outcome, and no feedback or final decision was communicated to me despite the initial interaction.
I was contacted via email for an interview after submitting my application online. She called late and did not apologize and didn’t show any interest in my background. She also didn’t have a personality.

The process has been incredibly lengthy and frustratingly opaque, leaving me unsure about the status or progress. It’s disappointing that the recruiter has failed to follow up or provide any updates. This lack of communication not only raises concerns about the transparency of their hiring process but also about their respect for candidates’ time and effort.
