      Entrevista

      The interview process was very good and professionally done. I applied online and got an email within 3 weeks saying that the position had already been filled, but they wanted to have a phone interview anyway. I quickly responded yes to the phone interviews, and what the recruiter told me was that they were very interested in my resume and what I had to offer. All I had to do was wait for another position to open up. (this was August) Another position eventually opened in October. I applied for that and had another phone interview that lasted for probably 40mins or so. At the end of the phone interview we had set up a face-to-face interview with their local hiring manager along with their regional hiring manager. When going in for the interview they were very curious about my past work experience and with my schooling. The interview went really well, no incredibly hard to answer questions. Mostly questions to see what kind of person/worker you are. To finish off the interview they had me take an assessment. The assessment included math, english, wordplay, and some other questions. (There were 50 questions and you had 12mins to do them, and they progressively got harder as you went on. ) Upon completing that they had you take a personality test. After all that was finished I was offered a tour and was told that I would hear from them by the beginning of the following week. I ended up being contacted at the end of the following week telling me that they decided to go a different direction, but they would hold onto my resume for no less than 12 months. Overall I found the experience to be insightful even though I didn't get the job. They seem like a pretty great company to work for.
