Phone interview with district manager, 2 in person interviews with different panel each time. The phone interview was really easy, but the panel had a lot of questions about background, education, and experience.

They asked about the company (mission statement, who the CEO is, how would you describe expeditors...)

Entrevista
Recruitment agency did the first search and screening. Even though the interview went very well and I was 1 of 3 out of 100 that matched the search criteria they didn't present me to the company. The reason was age... 56 years old is no longer of interest even though the required experience was there. The official reason claimed was lack of experience from the Swedish market which was something they didn't ask for. I would urge Glassdoor to help take away the glass ceiling for 50+ers.
