First red flag. The candidate who was going to interview before me showed up 25 min late which caused my interview to start late(I was 10 min early to the scheduled time) Second red flag. Went into the office of retention manager who was hosting the interview he wasn’t prepared no resume or nothing printed had to provide both interviewers my resume. I don’t know if it’s a Grapevine TX office managers who can’t really see talent in the candidate they are interviewing but make an image of an overall company looks bad. My interview was cut short probably because my major or experience didn’t align well with the roles they were offering oh well. The receptionist was the only positive experience I had she was nice and by chatting with her while I was waiting for another candidate to finish an interview who was late. She had a better understanding of what to look into candidates vs some managers there!
