Wasted my time over the course of 8 months and 3 interviews only to be told I lacked "confidence" in some of my answers. The feedback I received took one answer in particular completely out of context regarding connecting remotely to a machine on an air gapped network via SSH. Ever heard of a VPN tunnel? Regardless, giving this company the time of day was my mistake. The series of random irrelevant questions fired off by a "senior" engineer during a supposedly informal final interview round is most likely indicative of the utter chaos and incompetence I would have dealt with had I been offered the position. I sense that their turnover is extremely high for this reason. I would say the interview was "difficult" only because of the people conducting it.

Negative! Looks like they don't have HR for first level of screening and give profiles directly to the interviewers. The interviewr didnot seem to be interested in introducing himself and the company. The call initially started with "Hi I am calling from expediotors, we have your profile, please explain about yourself" They were not interested in understanding or analysing the strengths, they were just focused on the set of questions they have and they need the same answers that they have.
