Thank you for your review, our managing director started from the entry-level position, worked hard, got promoted and eventually expanded the business and opened Experior Advertising, he himself completed the training programme that you had an interview for. In fact, it is very important to us that all of our managers are salespeople, as we believe that you should never teach something that you have not got first-hand knowledge of, and much of our work culture is about learning.
