Entrevista
I received mail for IT recruiter opening from (Sayali Sonawane) experis IT and I shared my profile along with the salary details. Interview was scheduled on the next day. I confirmed twice on call that have you gone through my details and profile? I got a positive reply and my interview was scheduled for the next day.
Next day:
After traveling for almost 2and half hours I reached experis office where I met Sayali. My first round gave me idea that my salary did not fit with the salary (for IT recruiter profile). I checked with Sayali that have you gone through the details that I had shared with you on mail and got a reply that she didn't go through details. I got pissed off and asked to meet her supervisor. Then I met a person who introduced himself as Assistant Manager and later on claimed that he was handling VP's profile.
Such a fake company and don't care about candidates' time. This interview lacked professionalism from employer's end.
Overall a bad experience.

First was a video chat that was very short then a second round in person interview, I showed up early the interviewers were late to our scheduled time by almost 10-15 monutes. The interview seemed like more of an aggressive style interview than actual job related questions about the company, role and etc. A few of the questions I was asked were borderline unrelated and didn’t feel comfortable sharing that information. The entire process seemed like a waste of time and they seem to want to get people in the door very quickly with high turnover. Also it was made to seem like you’ll get the job then rejection email.

Entrevista
A recruiter on LinkedIn reached out to me about the role. After applying and speaking with her it took about 2 weeks to hear back. I moved forward to an in person interview. My interviewers were about 15 minutes late and dressed in black athletic wear as the office was about to go play laser tag. I think team bonding is important, however this felt unprofessional and everyone seemed distracted. After a standard interview I was able to shadow a recruiter who was basically just showing me their CRM. I was left to shadow him for 15 minutes longer than I was supposed to as the managers were distracted with their team outing. 2 weeks after this interview I was told I would not be moving forward with no feedback given. Overall a very disappointing process as I feel my recruiter was very lacking in communication, and set up my interview on an inconvenient day for that office (my recruiter was in a different office).

Entrevista
Professional and polite, although I didn't get the job, I was left with a pleasant experience. Unlike other agencies, they got to know my resume well. I still sometimes receive offers from them and I am always very glad to communicate.
