1. Lack of Communication: lack of communication throughout the hiring process. interview suppose to be start at 11:00 AM, I reached at the office by 10:30 AM, till 11 there was no communication about my interview. I tried contacting recruiter multiple times on their phone number but did not attended my calls. when I asked in office what time the interviewer will come to office, no one was aware of timing. after waiting for more than 1 hour with zero communication about my interview. finally recruiter started the excel test round at 12:30 PM(1 -1/2 hr late!) 2. Unprofessional Conduct: Unprofessional behavior during the interview process, such as more than 1 hour delayed interview with ZERO communication. after the final round there suppose to be email communication about the result. but I didn't get any email or call from anyone. In the last round recruiter was asking very unprofessional questions, "how much does "water balls (Indian street snacks) " cost in Bangalore so that you are asking this much CTC". what specific food is costly in Bangalore which is making you to choose -- CTC. 3. Inefficient Process: hiring process seemed disorganized or poorly structured. from my first online interview round and telephonic conversation i have given the clear information about my expected CTC. but still hiring interviewer took me till the last round and at the last round they seemed surprise about my expected CTC. this is very unprofessional. they should have cleared this from the first round itself. overall my experience about the company and hiring process is not good. I would not recommend my friends to apply here.
