I will ask him ifio it is for an Androd phone, them, tell him to search for the Wifi ID and password, the go to settings in his phone, go to WIF search for them WIFI Id and activated . If it request the password, the please type it and connect. I will wait to be sure that is really connected, then ask the costumer if he has WIFE conecttio
