One interview. Pretty much, they reviewed the requirements of the position over the phone on a Friday, I agreed to the conditions and went in for a drug test two hours later. Started work that next Monday.

The initial phone interview was pleasant and encouraging. 2nd interview was very cold. There was a fractured understanding of wanting to eventually go permanent. The company in question was seeking to keep it temporary.
