I had a great conversation during the phone screening. Then, they told me if I wanted to proceed to the second interview, I'd have to provide 2 forms of govt ID & the last 4 of my SSN "to help make the i9 & w2 process quicker." Um no? I didn't get the job so I will not be providing that. I withdrew my application once given that ultimatum. Totally unprofessional system on their behalf & scammy vibes.
