I was disappointed with the lack of professionalism of the recruiters at Express Employment. The recruit quickly set me up with an interview at United Way for a position I was ill-matched for, and I had an angry interview at the company insult me and quickly rejected me for the role. I followed up with the recruiter on the phone and complained about my bad experience. The recruiter blew me off and told me she did not believe my story. I was greatly disappointed with my experience with Express Employment and would not recommend it to others as an effortless way to find work quickly. The Staff agency does not seem to take pride in finding good fits and helping the customers with their job search.
