I applied online in September and I got a call from them 2 days later. My interview was 2 days after when I went in for the interview there were 3 others who were going to be interviewed as well it ended up being a group interview I showed up in complete express attire since I have been a costumer for so long it is always good to show that you know the brand and they loved it. While in the group interview the talent manager and the store manager interviewed us at the same time each asking different question just about "Why should we hire you?" "What did you not like about your last job" a lot of related questions other employers would ask, some funny questions too. After the interview was done we were told to wait about a week or two for a call. I was the only one who got called right away probably 10 minutes after the interview my talent manager asked if I would want to join the Express family and I said yes, but this wasn't it I had to get 3 references be old co workers or friends to call back to express and just say why I deserved the job. I had all 3 references call and my talent manager called me back very happy because I had gotten all 3 references call very quickly and that was about it after that 4 days after I began my paperwork and orientation after 2 days our training began and you will get a lot of training! But its fun.
