The manager interviewed me in the front of the store next to a display. She asked me a ton of questions and acted very condescending.
It was a little awkward because customers were moving behind us trying to pick things out. The store is really small.
A knowledge of the brand is very important. I didn't have any clue what Express was.

I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed

Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.

Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
