I applied for the position on their website. The position was Titled Data Entry Tech-Healthbridge. At the end of the application was a personality test. Maybe two days later I was contacted by a Recruiter via telephone to setup a phone interview. I did the phone interview, and she emailed me materials needed, such as the directions for the typing test, and face to face interview. The lady that did my interview was a supervisor. She had a tongue ring and an eyebrow piercing. I thought that was very unprofessional, but her tone and the way she performed the interview was professional. Basic questions, on what your would do in this scenario, and which is most important (production or quality). They also explained in the interview that overtime may be short notice such as the same day and was I ok with that. The recruiter contacted me via phone and offered me the job. I then had to get my fingerprints ran for the background check, and apply for my pharmacy tech license in which the company paid for. My training was within the next week.
