Short and simple went in for face to face interview received job offer later that afternoon. Had to learn city codes before training started and was tested throughout training had to maintain 80% average to continue on with the process.

Group interview. First half is introducing yourself to the group. Second is a video about the company, pay, benefits and job duties. Last is an assessment of time zones and percentages. The assessment is about 5 pages and you get 30 minutes to complete it ( 30 minutes went by really fast)

I am currently being processed, I was fingerprinted and urinalysis today, but I will say that it is a very quick hire process. Make sure that you do your research. 6/22/2015-Online Application Completed 6/29/2016-Received a phone call extending an invitation to the information session and possibly to be interviewed 7/06/2016-Attended the information session and took the Aptitude Test (Time zones and Math i.e. percentages) 7/07/2016-Face to face interview, 2 on 4. Note you will only get an interview if you pass the Aptitude Test. 7/07/2016-Fingerprints and drug test.... Note: The test has 30 questions and a paragraph to complete, explaining "Why you want to work here" you are allotted 30mins. Please have your own pen. Only the U.S. is on Time Zones and they will provide the map.
