It was a full day of interviews 8-5. You do some group exercises with a room of 30-40 applicants. Then you do a one-on-one interview and if you make it to the 3rd round you will do a panel interview.

Applied. Video Interview. About 2 days after submitting video interview I was invited to a face-to-face interview. ExpressJet will fly you to the interview if you need it. The flew me on a very obscure routing, but I didn't complain. At the face-to-face interview we watched a presentation where they told us that training is 4 weeks and unpaid. After we each walked to the front of the room, picked a question out of a hat and answered it. We had to go onto the mock aircraft and sit in the jumpseat. During the face-to-face interview (with 2 recruiters) they ask the same questions you were asked in the video interview. The question each candidate needs to focus on is "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?". After answering the interview questions one of the recruiters wrote 'yes' on the top of my sheet. The recruiters stepped out of the room and asked me again how I feel about being a flight attendant. They didn't like the way I answered my "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" response and so I was not offered the position.
