Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fui entrevistado pela Extant Aerospace em mar. de 2026
Entrevista
First interview was with HR - they explained the business model and asked what issues I thought could arise. After answering, it became a sales pitch. Second interview was with the VP of Sales who asked a lot of leading questions and when the answer was not as desired he asked in a different way to get to the answer desired. Third interview was with the VP of Operations - the only genuine person in the process. The day before the final interview, I had a call with HR and was told I was the final candidate in the pipeline and he gave me some food for thought to succeed. The fourth interview was on site with both VPs again and a few Business Unit Managers. The VP of Sales had an outgoing BUM (second to last day) and a BUM that stayed for half of the interview. The VP flipped all of my questions back on me as if I have worked for them for 5 years. Lunch was to be provided, but they had a mishap with it and had to scramble to get food. None of the interviewers were present for the full duration of lunch. Afterwards, I got a facility tour. The next day they said they were still deliberating and would give an answer the following day. The following day I was rejected. I asked for feedback and was told they "set the bar very high" for the role. I also had to chase them to get reimbursed for my travel. Two others in my MBA program interviewed with them and neither had a good experience.

One HR phone interview, then a Teams meeting with the engineering managers, finally a final interview with the VP of Operations. Very professional and passionate people, smooth process overall. Work culture seems something they focus on and there’s seems to be pretty good.
Not bad. Had to take a test when I showed up without being told. Was a fair test that reflected the task of the job offered. Would have been nice to have been informed prior to the interview.
